Hotel Morales has been my "go to" hotel in Guadalajara for the last two years. The hotel restaurant is good, staff competent and pleasant, and I find the complementary valet parking a valuable convenience.

I loved my stay at Hotel Morales, I lived how the staff was very friendly, and attentive. The room was very clean, housekeepers kept my room clean while I was out exploring the city. I also liked the location right in the middle of attractions. I will definitely stay at Hotel Morales again.

Most employees seemed annoyed by requests. Food was not good and food availability is very limited. Big variety but times to use r limited u have to be watching ur clock constantly if u want to eat. Room service only has 3 sandwiches and two salads available. Food not good. Night restaurants are only open for four hours and only have 5/6 tables. Impossible to get in and when u do service is terrible just like food. If u show up at 8:30 they won’t take you cus they close at 10 and they claim it’s not enough time to eat. Also my daughter threw up and they charged us $400 for the towel and pillow she threw up on at check out CRAZY. Hotel beautiful but not worth the money. Will not go back.

We have stayed at this hotel several occasions and each time we have been allowed to check-in early. during this latest stay the front desk person( younger male) said we couldn’t - this is disappointing and it’s one of the main reasons we chose this hotel.

Looks were deceiving

This hotel was prettier in pictures versus in person. The hotel lobby was beautiful while the rooms… not so great.The room had a horrible smell as well as plumbing and air conditioning issues. We ended up checking out the following day.

What a wonderful stay. Hotel is gorgeous, very authentic, right in the heart of the city. Went alone with my 8 year old daughter and felt super safe. Super clean, the pool great. Staff is super friendly and efficient, especially Michel. We will be back back

We arrived 3 hours early and the wonderful staff allowed us to check in with a complimentary room upgrade, complimentary valet parking, 10% off at the bar/restaurant and breakfast buffet! Wow! This is a beautiful colonial hotel that is centrally located in the heart of Guadalajara. The entire staff is amazing. This was quite possibly one of my favorite hotels in the world 🌎 Do not hesitate to book here. Thank you.
