This is a bit of a motel on steroids. While it has some bells and whistles, like a great pool, room with great views, and a gym, and fun lobby bar, and nearby to a lot of great food, the hotel it self had a lot of misses. 1) service at the front, the guy checking me in let someone cut in front of me to get their keys. 2) WiFi never works. If you have business to do, bring a hot spot. We went to front desk and they were able to help us log in but as soon as we got to the room, the wifi was spotty throughout. Frustrating. 3) sauna / spa not available. 4) Food at the pool is not the best, room service is solid however. 5) bed is comfy but comes with a flat pillow. 6) we had maintenance fix our AC. The AC did not work because the filter was fully clogged with dust and needed replacing. We were hot in our room for hours
