Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Pésimo servicio, el mero día de mi llegada a Guadalajara me hablaron los de only suites para decirme que me tenían que cambiar de lugar porque el edificio estaba cerrado por problemas de permisos, me cambiaron a un cuarto para estudiaste, literal, y quedaron en regresarme 700 pesos por el cambio de lugar, en fotos era una cosa pero en la realidad era otra. Estoy muy a disgusto porque no pude ya cambiarme de lugar por la premura de la situación.
