I had to wait 1 hour for the check in process. I got to my room and the coffee maker was dirty with old coffee beans. The trash cans did not have bags.

Old building, needs maintenance. Coffee mugs in the room were dirty, shower water pressure intermittent. Small roaches in the room, bad WiFi service.

The staff at the front desk was not friendly. A bit rude in my opinion. Room service took over an hour when we were told it would take 20-30 minutes. Staff at bar and restaurant were very friendly. Rooms are very outdated. The bed was uncomfortable, the floor in the room and bathroom was bowed and felt like it was sinking every time we walked in it. There was also a very potent sewer odor. When we asked about it we were told they were cleaning out the drain and there was nothing they could do about it. The odor was so strong it woke us up in the middle of the night.
