A good hotel with bad receptionist

The room they gave us is not the one I reserved, the staff that we dealt with while arriving was unbelievably rude. All the other staffs are much better attitude. It seems like she has no clue of our reservation, so they didn't even had a room reserved for us not to mention the right kind of room that we asked for. We have no choice but to settle into whatever room that they provided.

Stay in deceptive Hotel

first time to spend a night in a hotel without cold water tap. The hotel did not provide breakfast meal as in the deal. Staff do not speak English. 60 minutes to get 2 boxes delivered to the room while waiting for the receptionist to ask the boy to carry them. They easily forget to provide you with towels. I do not recommend this hotel to any traveler.

A more local orientated hotel

Hotel room condition was good ,hot water running good and strong wifi signal in room. The front desk staff was not so sure and have to search for my booking even showing the printed hotel vocher.My hotel booking include breakfast but there was no breakfast,hope Hotel.com can clarify the matter. Luckily there were few small eataries around espcially the meat and veg dumplings.

The clocks show the time for Moscow and Iran !

Hard to find, the name of the hotel is in Russian. It is reasonably priced but on a back street next to 100's of vendors selling wares on the street. The staff were unfriendly and did not appear to be competent and I am fairly certain I got over charged when they refused to supply me with a receipt for the reversal of my security deposit. Rooms are tiny.

clean comfort good location

nice and clean , please expect room to be small and tiny -- tiny toilet & bathroom---room strictly suitable for small Asian sizes ---only enough space for cabin luggage --however location is near to wholesale main street 5 min walk---security is good --u need room card to access your floor ---wifi is free ---although the outer building looks old --decor inside room is new ----breakfast across the street --dumpling, chicken frog porridge all very cheap & nice

A clean and economy hotel

The hotel worth the price overall except the room is consider small in China's hotel standard. We can't open our luggage unless put it on the bed

Xinghe bussines hotel

The hotel stuff very kindly.evry thing or problem fixed in a few . minuts brekfast reasonable.the location ff the hotel in the maps wrong . and for that it take the taxi driver slmost. 50 minuts to find the hotel.the lockation is good
