Ótimo apartamento, localização e serviços!

Nos hospedamos em 13 pessoas todas mto bem acomodadas, o imóvel possui tudo necessário na cozinha e uma sacada lateral espaçosa e com vista para o mar. A localização é excelente mto próxima ao mar onde voltávamos facilmente e sempre q necessário ao apartamento, somente atravessando a rua. Fica próximo de padaria, supermercados, lanchonetes, etc... tem tudo próximo e bem estruturado. A praia é linda! O pessoal das barracas em frente são show de bola, ficamos no Régis, vc pode passar o dia todo com cadeiras e guarda sol pagando somente o consumo e com um ótimo atendimento. Estacionamos os carros na rua próximo ao prédio e não tivemos problemas, a aparência é de segurança, mas tb há vagas em frente ao prédio q podemos usar sem limites qdo disponíveis. O proprietário Sr Aecio sempre mto atencioso durante as tratativas e toda estadia, os funcionários do prédio tb todos mto educados e prestativos.

Apto super organizado , tudo limpo e organizado ! Ficamos em 11 pessoas e todos super confortáveis , cozinha completa com tudo que precisávamos ,a praia é do lado do apto tanto que não usamos o carro para nada , pois mercado, shopping, feirinha, farmácia íamos a pé. Super indico para todos que queiram passar alguns dias no apto do Ricardo .

Imóvel muito bom, a localização é fantástica. Tudo funcionando bem. Não tem estacionamento mas é bem fácil arrumar um nas redondezas. Donos e pessoal do prédio e do serviço de praia muito atenciosos. A família adorou o final de ano lá. Muito bom.

ficamos no periodo do natal no apê realmente foi muito bom, a estrutura, limpeza da casa, bem localizada com tudo perto pao de acucar, padaria, sorveterias, fica a 15 min a pé da praia da enseada. tem um serviço de praia muito bom e o quiosque da Fatima é o melhor bem em frente ao condominio. Gostaria de agradecer a todos pela recepção. Só deixo uma observação, o local nao tem estacionamento interno e nem externo, tivemos que deixar os carros na rua, numa outra quadra, pois as vagas em frente ao predio sao ocupadas por outros moradores, seria ideal ter seguro. Do restante tudo muito maravilhoso!! obrigada Sr. Aecio e Ricardo. espero voltar em breve.

Ap. muito bom, pertinho da praia, eu, minha família e amigos gostamos muito, apenas um detalhe que a vaga na garagem é meio complicada, os carros ficaram na rua, mas tem muita segurança, e não tivemos problemas quanto a isso. Com certeza em outra oportunidade voltaremos.
