The safety aspect of the property. The apartment has hot water and new amenities. Great water pressure for showers. Washer and dryer on site. Access to the gym and pool. It’s lacking air conditioner. Beds in the 2nd bedroom are not too comfortable.

This modern apartment had everything we needed. Dinnerware, fridge, stove, blender, coffee maker, laundry unit, plenty of towels and hot water.
