The staff was wonderful but that room was HORRIBLE DO NOT BOOK HERE !!! my room was infested with ROACHES I ended up having to book at another place !!!!! the room smelled like mildew !!!! I couldn’t even get under the covers because they smelled that bad !!!! I was scared to even use the Bathroom !!!!!!! Again do not book here !!!!!!

Please do not go to this place. My stay was a nightmare due to severe mold. The first room smelled terrible and had visible mold all over the ceiling. I was moved to three different rooms, and each one was worse than the last—one even had fresh paint on the floor just to hide the mold. The building also has no elevator and lots of stairs, which is a huge hassle if you have luggage. It feels like a converted office complex rather than a proper hotel. While the staff was okay, the facility is a disaster. I wish I had known this before booking. Avoid at all costs.

Worse place ever to stay. For starters they put me in room 101 the first room in villa. The room had a bed and night stand and tv had to be plugged in. Did not look like pictures on the app. Secondly the staff talked all night and everything echoes and I could not sleep at all and very uncomfortable. They did not want to grant me a refund so I will take up with credit card company. No one at night cares about the people quit times and sleep. I do not and i mean do not recommend staying here I left at 7am and didn’t stay the whole time I was there.

First and foremost the property address given on Expedia is NOT the correct address. That caused a lot of confusion and problems for our diver trying to get us there after dark to check in. The building did not even have a lighted sign when we finally found this non descriptive building in an area of what looks like warehouses. There was a QR code and phone number in the room for the restaurant that neither worked. The WiFi password was not given or in tbe room and I had to go back to the front desk to ask for it. We never did eat at the restaurant. Housekeeping comes around in the morning to clean the vacated rooms. They played music and sang quite loudly as they worked and we tried to sleep. The bathroom shower only had a flimsy shower curtain that didn’t keep water in the shower, so the floor ended up soaking wet. No floor towels, no hand towels, only two rather thin towels for two people to dry off. The towels never dried and housekeeping never serviced the room during out 2 night stay. I would likely never stay there again, nor would I ever recommend it to anyone else to stay there.

There was a fine grit on the floor of the room like it had not been cleaned recently. The shower did not drain. I had to ask for the hot water to be turned on from some place outside of the room. The sheets were dirty (blood stains). The mattress was sloped in the center, almost as steep as a hospital bed. I had a balcony that was accessible to anyone in hotel, which meant I had to keep the balcony door locked & the curtain closed. My room was on the third level down and there was no elevator. There was a loud humming noise over my head the entire time I was there; I slept poorly or not at all.
