The staff went above and beyond for me. The night I got there, there was no electricity. They helped me out that night. The staff may not have spoken much English, but they tried hard to make sure I knew what was going on.

Great location and lovely, helpful staff. Breakfast was also good. 24 hour security, too. It's a bit like a Hostel, so the standard is average, but if you want a good, clean, comfortable room, I'd recommend it.

As fotos fazem o hotel parecer melhor do que é.

A localização é excelente, uma rua somente do Malecon, próximo de restaurantes e pontos turísticos. O estacionamento que diz estar incluído não está. Custa $3 e só pode usar entre 18h e 8h. Não é permitido parar na rua neste horário. Durante o dia tem flanelinha (sugerido pagar entre $0,50 e $1). Café da manhã preparado na hora. Vem café com leite ou café puro, um copo de suco natural, ovos, sanduíche de presunto e queijo, bem padrão Equador. Estava gostoso. As toalhas são velhas, não absorvem muito a água. Faltou tapete para o banheiro e toalha de rosto. Camas confortáveis. Roupa de cama limpa. Ar condicionado bem barulhento. Bastante barulho vindo da rua. Elevador não funciona. Funcionários prestativos e educados. Caro para o que oferece.

Al llegar me dijeron que no tenia reservación mientras yo habia pagado con u mes de anticipo y tambien con la covertura de seguro por persona pero todo esto por que sabian que llegaba tres busese con policias a hospedarse y medieron una paqueña con cama pequeña no lo que habia pagado, por ultimo sin agua los ultimos dias, y una cucaracha grandota en el baño
