This an outstanding hotel chain. I have stayed several times during my business trips. On the last trip, I had a small issue in the restaurant but the hotel management staff handled the issue quickly and professionally to my great satisfaction. Oro Verde is always a great option. It's a grand old lady that has been refurbished. The staff are excellent, rooms in great order, bedding towels etc all high quality. beds are great. breakfast is exceptional.

All great except for Irina. She needs training on how to talk to customers. Also the one key only new policy made the stay difficult as we were 2 people. they told us to upload an app on the phone to get an electronic key. The problem with that is that the hotel is in high crime area and we did not take our phones with us when we went out. The front desk staff was unwilling to provide a second key which was hard to believe
