FARMHOUSE MONTESALCE-WHITE APARTMENT

The guest house is located within the farmhouse. A typical stone farmhouse overlooking the Valdichiascio in the open country but only 10 minutes from Gubbio, 35 from Perugia, 40 from Assisi. The area is well served by buses. We are right at the footpath of St. Francis's path. The ancient stone farmhouse consists of 4 apartments + 1 double bedroom with bathroom (studio without kitchen) all with independent entrance. All have their own outside area with table and deck chairs available to guests. The apartments can accommodate from two to six people and consist of a living room with fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Outside there are tables and deck chairs, a barbecue and plenty of green space at guests' disposal.
Trails in the woods and surrounding fields allow for relaxing walks, hiking or mountain biking (available for guests free of charge).
Guests can do various activities with our pets as well, if they like to be "peasants for a day" by playing small and relaxing farm jobs with us.
Courses, art therapy and holistic massages are other activities offered at the Montesalce farm.
The WHITE APARTMENT is large and very bright on the ground floor with a magnificent view over the valley and the Umbrian hills. The décor fuses the tradition (wooden and tiled roof, terracotta floors, antique furniture) to modern details, such as a large kitchen with steel elements and floor.
A tiled stove (in addition to the normal heating of the radiators) makes the stay in this apartment even more welcoming. Outside table and barbecue, deckchairs.
The rate shown is for the daily rent of the apartment. It is possible to have breakfast and dinner, which can be booked directly on arrival.
