Amazing home in Belvedere -PG_

Typical Umbrian country house on a private property of about 10 hectares at the foot of a hill about 3 km from the small village of Belvedere and 20 km from the town of Gubbio. The vacation home is in a particularly quiet location. Beautiful, wide view of the valley and woods. Guests have at their disposal spacious outdoor areas with olive trees, a large equipped sun terrace and a crescent-shaped swimming pool; here you can relax after your day's excursions and end the day with a good glass of wine. Access to the house is via a 2.2 km gravel road. The area is ideal for nature lovers and is good for walks. Parking space. In the living room there is a fireplace and a pool table. A baby crib is available. Distances: Belvedere (grocery store) about 3 km, Perugia 25 km, the wonderful city of Assisi 28 km, Lake Trasimeno with equipped beaches 50 km. Arrival is possible only between 5 pm and 8 pm. The house is divided into three apartments that are not connected, one on the first floor with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with double bed; The two apartments on the second floor have a bathroom, two bedrooms and a living room with kitchen.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2026. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to two pets are allowed. Outdoor private pool on site is open June - end September.
