This is an original Guerilla Bay cottage surrounded by lovely gardens. This art filled home is perfect for the family beach holiday. There is a large open plan living and dining with a well equipped kitchen. A gorgeous deck off the living area with a BBQ and views of Guerilla Bay. Just bring your beach towels and you are set. The surrounding yard is beautiful with lots of gorgeous trees and shady spots - perfect for picnics and for the 4 legged family members (please note no fencing), and there is room for a boat at the front.

Bedding: Please Note NO Linen IS Provided - YOU Will Need TO BYO Sheets, Towels AND TEA Towels.

Perfect location

A short stroll to the beach from this comfortable house, well equipped for our family requirements. We enjoyed the water views from the deck and walked to the beach morning and afternoon with our dogs. Need to be aware that the 4th bedroom is walk through
