Il n'y a pas de sommier dans la chambre du 2e Ă©tage, la terrasse est envahie par le lierre et les plantes mortes, la table et les chaises semblent abandonnĂ©es lĂ  depuis plusieurs mois. Il y a un manque cruel d'entretien, tant Ă  l'extĂ©rieur qu'Ă  l'intĂ©rieur. La salle de bain en est un bon exemple car les revĂȘtements se dĂ©litent. Il n'y a d'ailleurs pas de store ou rideau occultant dans cette piĂšce, malgrĂ© le vis-Ă -vis. La maison nĂ©cessiterait une remise en Ă©tat et une mise aux normes, notamment Ă©lectriques et au niveau des aĂ©rations. Les raccordements Ă©lectriques sont dangereux. Il y a des dĂ©goulinures sur les murs et des dĂ©pĂŽts suspects derriĂšre le matelas (voir photos). Enfin, le linge n'est pas propre : torchon Ă  l'odeur rance et cheveux sur les serviettes et dans le lit. Il y a Ă©galement de nombreuses toiles d'araignĂ©e. De plus, plusieurs meubles sont remplis de papiers et effets personnels cachĂ©s par des couvertures ; or, il n'est pas indiquĂ© dans l'annonce qu'il s'agit d'un logement occupĂ©. En rentrant chez vous, vous aurez le plaisir de retrouver l'odeur de renfermĂ© et d'humiditĂ© en ouvrant vos valises.

TrĂšs bien placĂ© Ă  10 min du centre ville Ă  pied Logement pas trĂšs confortable - salle de bain Ă  refaire, le revĂȘtement tombe - manque un canapĂ© dans le salon pour pouvoir se poser Ă  4- extĂ©rieur pas exploitable : trop chargĂ© et juste une table de camping pliante - intĂ©rieur trĂšs chargĂ© pas la place de poser ses affaires, nous avons dĂ» laisser notre rĂ©serve alimentaire dans un sac par terre- l’intimitĂ© sonore entre les deux chambres est inexistante car un simple plancher bois entre les deux et ajourĂ©La poubelle de la salĂ©e de bain n’avait pas Ă©tĂ© vidĂ©e pour notre arrivĂ©e
