Northeast of Bordeaux, in the heart of the Libourne region, approximately 25 kilometers from Saint-Emilion, its prestigious vineyards, and its medieval town, we are pleased to welcome you to the small town of Guîtres. Our estate is located outside the village, in the heart of a 6-hectare wooded park; it is in this preserved and peaceful environment that you can recharge your batteries with family or friends. The gîte, adjoining our home, has a private outdoor space with a garden, a terrace with garden furniture, and an arbor. On one level, it consists of an entrance opening onto a main room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with a wood-burning stove, and a TV lounge (double sofa bed), two bedrooms (two 140x190cm beds), a bathroom (shower) accessible from one of the bedrooms, and a separate toilet. A washing machine is located in an outdoor room adjoining the gîte. The cottage is equipped with wood pellet heating. Sheets, tea towels, wood for the stove (15 logs), and heating are included in the price. Bathroom linen and end-of-stay cleaning are available for rent (for a fee). Gas for cooking (if the hob uses this energy), water within reasonable consumption limits, electricity, heating, and wood for the stove (15 logs). Linens provided
