Great Little Efficiency for Two

This efficiency is located in a nice quiet residential neighborhood. It was very clean and well appointed. But what’s really great is that it’s very close to all the needed amenities as well as a short drive into Pensacola or out to Pensacola Beach. It was a perfect home base to get away from the crowds as needed!

Great Stay 2025

Great place

Little Dolphin was a very pleasurable place to stay. The apartment was comfortable, clean and the neighborhood was quiet with nice neighbors. Having a yard for the dog was a huge plus. I would definitely rent again.

This was a very nice studio, one bedroom VRBO. The location was perfect because of the closeness of the beaches and the dog parks. My dog, Mowgli and I really enjoyed our stay.

Clean, cozy convenient location. Wonderful area. Perfectly fenced for the fur baby. Restaurants that are pet friendly even with “pet” menus. Beautiful beaches. Would definitely recommend this little oasis to my family and friends. The owners were very prompt in reply’s and instructions.

Cozy for a couple

This property was beautifully decorated and we found the unit exactly as listed. We had four adults staying here, and while this worked since we were all family, the space would be absolutely perfect for a couple. Keep in mind this is set up like a duplex, so you can’t guarantee who might rent out the other side. Overall, our family was impressed with Deanna and Glenn, and it is evident they put great effort into their rental and care about their guests comfort.
