After we paid communication became very short & vague. We drove 4 hours and arrived about 2:00 pm. Even if the condo is clean and ready don’t expect to get in a minute before 4:00 pm but you best be out by 10:00 am. We were there for 5 days. Very first night we were unable to get either tv on. Called owner and was told “sorry we never had trouble with tv’s before”. Tried to find anyone on the grounds like security, management, or maintenance to possibly help. Nobody was even willing to try. Needless to say we stayed all 5 days with no television. The lounge chair in the living room was more comfortable than the bed. The dust on the ceiling fan was hanging off like moss it was so thick. The refrigerator sounded and smelled terrible. The room was hot at night as you are asked not to adjust thermostat below 70. Not nearly enough chairs or umbrellas around pool so people were setting up their beach chairs around the pool. The lounge chairs they had around the pool has seen better days as the ones we sat in were worn to where your bottom eventually fell through the straps. We were on the bottom floor and the people above us stomped above us from sun up until sun down. The only pro’s to this vacation was having The Sassy Bass to eat at and get drinks from. We also enjoyed breakfast at Kiva Clubhouse. The view from our porch was beautiful. However; we will not be staying here again due to the lack of concern or effort to help with getting the tv’s working.
