This unit is for sale and requires showings from time to time so we would appreciate you working with us on this matter... realtors are required to give us 24 hours' notice prior to showing, and they need your approval to enter. The Showings should be around 15 minutes long and there is no need for you to clean. You may choose to be there or leave the home... your preference. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Step out onto the private balcony from the living room and soak in the breathtaking Gulf views. The dining area comfortably seats six, with additional seating for four at the bar. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials you'll need to whip up delicious homemade meals for your family or friends. Additionally, on the first floor, you'll discover a full bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination.

As you ascend to the second floor, you'll find two charming bedrooms equipped with Smart TV's. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and an on-suite bathroom, while the guest bedroom offers two queen-size beds and a twin bunk, also with its own on-suite bathroom. You can stay connected with high-speed internet access throughout the cottage.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All Linens are Washed and Bleached Every Time for the Highest Sanitation Requirements. Gold Star washes our High-Quality Linens before every new Guest's arrival. We mean every bath towel, washcloth, makeup cloth, sheet, blanket, pillowcase, and dish towel EVERY TIME. Gold Star uses the very best commercial washing machines and dryers. All linens are washed in high-heat commercial washers with select detergents and bleach for complete and thorough sanitation. Gold Star has specialized confinement procedures for keeping soiled linens separate from all other linens to ensure there is no cross-contamination.

IMPORTANT: In an effort to continue to offer our guests the lowest rate possible while providing linens of the highest quality, we respectfully request that our guests refrain from any activity that would damage or destroy our linens, including but not limited to rips, tears, and permanent stains. Should you or your guests damage linens during your stay, the guest responsible for the rental agreement will be charged for replacing them at the then current retail price.

PROFESSIONAL CLEANING
All of our guests deserve the highest standard of professionally cleaned Units by professional cleaners. This has been one of Gold Star's highest priorities and foundations of our company since entering the industry. Spotlessness equals protection, and we are doing everything possible to ensure that your family has the cleanest accommodations possible. Our full-time professional cleaning staff utilizes approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before new each new guest's arrival. We do not use Cleaning Companies to clean our properties. Our cleaners work for Gold Star, and each staff member is assigned to clean the same property stay after stay. You can be certain that our properties are thoroughly disinfected. To ensure our linens are properly laundered, we follow specialized processes using high-heat commercial washers and dryers to clean, disinfect, and kill germs. Finally, after each clean is completed, our professional inspectors thoroughly evaluate the unit to ensure that EVERY condo or beach house is clean and qualifies for Gold Star White Glove Treatment.

This residence is situated within the charming Cottages at Dunes Park community, conveniently positioned just across the street from the beach. Nestled in the East Beach area, this property is a mere stone's throw away from the vibrant heart of Gulf Shores, granting you easy access to all the exciting amenities it has to offer.

Within the community, there's a delightful pool for you and your family to enjoy. When it comes to parking, you'll find ample space available in the carport beneath the house, accommodating 2 to 3 vehicles comfortably. For your convenience, trash bins are thoughtfully provided and can be found underneath the house within the carport area.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This property allows long-term Snowbird rental rates from November 1st through the end of February. Monthly reservations must be made directly with Gold Star Vacation Rentals.
