Great location Bay Front, easy access to the beach, enjoy fishing, canoeing Etc
Please note that you are renting a room with it's private bathroom and a full kitchen.Please note that you are not renting a whole house, You are renting a unit on the first floor of a house that is built on pilings. This unit is 12’ by 22’ and has an attached bathroom that is 12’ x 7’.
There is also a full kitchen that has a separate entrance, it is 12’ x 22’
The kitchen is used only by you.
The owner of the property has a unit on the second floor. The owner has another house but sometimes he is on the property when you are there.
The rented unit and the kitchen are completely private and not shared. There is one car parking space for you to use. There are two kayaks that you are welcome to use. You are welcome to fish from the pier. Please note that the Jacuzzi is private. The TV has the local channels. Please bring your own streaming device (amazon fire stick or similar streaming device) if you want to.
The place is in the waterfront of Mobile Bay where you can have all watersport activities if interested.
Please enjoy the beautiful view of the pier and be on the lockout for dolphins. You can watch the dolphins anytime of the day, especially in the afternoon.
You are welcome to fish off the pier. Note: The water depth around the pier is between 3 -5 feet , no diving please.
You can fish for trout, Mullet, Catfish, Black tip shark, Red Fish, Stingray, Red Drum Etc.
