This beautiful private beach home is located in Ft. Morgan, AL, approximately 25 minutes from the busy tourist streets of Gulf Shores, AL. Enjoy miles of remote beautiful white beaches without the crowds. There are no roads to cross and only a few steps, 2 houses, between you and the beach! With this rental, you get the on-the-beach view without beach-front price, and it is located in the perfect fishing spot to "Reel 'Em In" all week long!
The Space:
Reel Em Inn is approximately 1700 square feet and features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a loft area that's perfect for kids, & a spacious fully equipped kitchen that adjoins the large living room to allow the whole family to be together. The open living room is equipped with a large 55" UHD flat-screen TV, complete with a DVD player and an array of channels (including the SEC Network). In addition, we provide wireless high-speed internet, a full complement of books, and games the whole family can enjoy together.
➤Main Floor:
We provide a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals (seriously, just bring your food). Enjoy your morning coffee using our 12 cup coffee maker, or bring your coffee/hot chocolate pods to brew a cup in our one-cup Keurig. There's a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer so no need to bring a lot of clothes. All linens are provided. You only need to bring your own beach towels.
We've equipped this home with children in mind by including a high chair, pack-n-play, and a baby gate. For added security, there's a built-in gate on the front deck and no stairs on the back deck. The entrance to the back deck is through the house.
➤Bedrooms:
The Private King Suite is on the 2nd floor and offers a king-sized bed, its own UHD flat-screen TV, and a full-size private bath. You also have beautiful views of the ocean from your bedroom windows. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are on the first floor and include queen beds and their own TV's. There's a sofa in the loft that pulls out into a queen bed, and linens are provided for two large couches in the living room. A full bathroom is located off the hallway just a few steps away.
➤Outside:
Watch the waves break from the front or rear deck, and see the Blue Angels as they fly by during a practice session. Enjoy dinner on the back deck, which is shaded in the afternoon, or relax in one of our rocking chairs (deck seating for 10 provided). Grill out on the charcoal grill or enjoy a picnic at the picnic table under the covered entertainment area. There is a sitting area, a picnic table, an outdoor shower, and concrete parking under the house. Extra parking is available in the driveway. We also supply a huge beach buggy to load up all your beach gear and head to the beautiful white sandy beach for a day of fun and relaxation. You will find several beach chairs, umbrellas, games, toys, buckets, shovels, boogie boards, and some fishing nets, along with other items in the storage room. Reel Em Inn prioritizes cleanliness. We provide a cleaning service that thoroughly cleans, sanitizes, and inspects our home. You will arrive at a clean house with fresh linens, bath towels, and a starter supply of paper products to begin your vacation.
Other details to note:
✔ AGE: Minimum age of primary renter: 25. The primary renter must stay the entire time rented. We reserve the right to request a copy of your identification to verify your age.
✔ PETS: This home is dog friendly and dogs are allowed on Ft Morgan Beaches. We allow 2 small dogs (35lbs or less) with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 PER PET. Undisclosed pets will be charged an additional $100 fee (per pet, per day).
** Per Baldwin County guidelines, pets must remain on a leash at all times. Also, please remember to clean up after your pet or additional charges will apply. Please respect our neighbors and refrain from walking your pets on their property.

✔ NO SMOKING ALLOWED ANYWHERE INSIDE THE HOUSE. This includes e-cigs or anything that lets off smoke. A $250 fine will be charged to the credit card on file and a damage report will be submitted to Airbnb. Smoking is permitted outside as long as stubs are discarded properly.
✔ CONTRACT: We reserve the right to request a signed contract after the reservation is confirmed. Guests will have 24 hours to return the contract in order to maintain the reservation.
✔ SECURITY: For your protection and ours, there are multiple security cameras in place (outside only).
