Seacrest ~ Beach Front Condo

Renovated condo with a gorgeous front ocean view!

This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit, located on the 6th floor, sleeps up to 6 and is perfect for a couple or a family with young children.
The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a King size bed in the bedroom, adorable built-in bunk beds in the hallway and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a rocking recliner. A privacy pocket door can be used to separate the bedroom and bunk beds from the living area.
The unit has TV’s. Mediacom cable and free wi-fi are provided by our owner association.

The amenities include a Gulf side pool, a hot tub, boardwalk w/shower to the beach, pool side restrooms, gulf side grills and a bicycle parking rack.

The building has 2 elevators, luggage carts and a covered entrance with automatic doors to make it easy for you to unload as you come in.

Note: no rentals will be allowed for guests under the age of 25 per our association rules.

Enjoyed our stay here! The view was terrific! Nicely decorated, clean, located by elevators but still quiet, easy parking. Great access to beach. Pool not heated but there is a hot tub. Bedroom was quite small and did not have much room around the bed.

One of our favorite places we have stayed!!

After staying at two other properties during our vacation, our last stay was at this condo and it was a breath of fresh air. The communication was great, check in was easy, and the views were amazing. What made it above and beyond were the little things…the decor was beautiful, the owners provided so many extras to make the trip less work for the guests including providing beach toys to use and all the extras like soap, shampoo, detergents etc that most condos don’t provide. Would stay here every time if we could!! Great property!

Absolutely Perfect! Book it now!!!

This little piece of heaven is just right for a couples getaway and can accommodate 2 other kids or adults in the hall bunks. The condo was exceptionally clean. well decorated, the bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies, and had both a regular Mr coffee maker and a Kerig. Games, books, sand toys, beach umbrella, wagon and a keyless entry were all supplied. This condo had everything you could want and more. I did not want to leave. It was close to both the elevator and the trash shoot. You would think that would be loud but it was not. It was convenient. A quick ride down the elevator and you were at the pool. With this condo being beach side you literally just walk across the tiny bridge and your feet are in the sand. It was a super easy walk and the beach was perfect for swimming and walking. The owner communicated with us and checked on us throughout our stay. We are already planning our next trip! If you are hesitating, don’t! Book it. It’s perfect.

Great place for a beach getaway

If you’re looking for a quiet, clean space right on the beach, this is the place! We had a minor issue but Marina, was extremely communicative and the issue was resolved. Great place on the beach, I highly recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful Condo with everything you’d need to have a great time! Very kid friendly!! Only downside was someone throwing a bottle of beer from a balcony and it breaking all over the pool area. This was no fault of the owner. We loved it so much! We will definitely be booking again in the future!!

Relaxing Getaway

Absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning view from the balcony — endless turquoise waters and soft white sand.The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed.
