The rooms are really nice with all the comfort I've expected.

My stay in Bad Urach was nothing short of enchanting. Nestled in the gentle hills of the Swabian Alb, this hotel offers spectacular panoramic views that immediately create a sense of peace and connection with nature. Great property within walking distance to the heart of the township. Great amenities and mini bar. On site parking - safe and convenient ! To top it off, very pet (we had our Labrador) friendly ! It was a great and restful stay, we will be back if travelling around the area !

The pics promise more than what you get - I am not returning - many other choices to try in the region

Climate control is virtually non-existent — the property offers no air conditioning whatsoever. In its place, a single commercial electric floor fan is provided, which falls significantly short of adequately cooling the space, particularly during warmer periods. This is a major comfort concern that prospective guests should be fully aware of before booking. Adding to the disappointment, the washing machine advertised in the listing photos is nowhere to be found on the premises. This is a direct discrepancy between what was presented at the time of booking and the actual facilities available upon arrival — a misleading representation that materially affected the decision to book this property. Guests who rely on in-unit laundry during their stay will find themselves without this essential amenity.
