A disappointment!

The positive is It is a quaint hotel and we had a fairly nice room however the bed was hard and it leaked at night through the window the first night so we woke up to puddles on the floor. The food was decent although I got sick the last evening from something I ate. The pool is nice but the lounge chairs are hard and formed so you can only lay in them on your back. THE WORST PART was that they had a party at the pool for a private event the second night until 2:00am!! We couldn’t sleep at all!! When I asked at 11 what time they would be finished the desk clerk said midnight. At 12:30 I asked again and another person said they had sent out a notice about the party. That’s hilarious because no notice was given and when you’re already booked what are you supposed to do? Giving notice doesn’t change anything. No one wanted to take responsibility and they seemed to turn the music up louder when we complained. Don’t stay here! It’s deceiving as it appears quiet but the walls are paper thin and they have parties until all hours of the night

desde que llegamos se noto que el lugar era especial, un hotel cómodo, muy limpio de muy bonita decoración pero lo increíble fue la ubicación aun lado del rio, con un área de alberca super amplia y cómoda, los jardines muy hermosos pero lo mas importante la calidez del servicio de los empleados y la dueña en especial

El cuarto estaba infestado de chinches, en las paredes, en el baño, parece no hacen Haceo ya q al mover las cortinas se encontraban muchas muertas y vivas en el piso, desgraciadamente me di cuenta la ultima noche al mover mi equipaje q estaba infestado. Y para que decirles toda mi familia picoteada con ronchas. El lugar es muy bonito pero no volvería a ir.

Excelente servcio!

Excelente servicio y el desayuno que incluía de muy buen sabor. En algunas ocasiones no nos dejaban toalla para secarse los pies saliendo del baño, ni toalla de manos. Las toallas un poco ásperas, eso sí, nos las cambiaban a diario, lo cual no era necesario para temas de cuidado del medio ambiente.
