Very friendly staff, with excellent food and service. However we chose the Hotel for two main reasons, the 1st was because previous reviews had mention the friendly nature of the Hotel, which surpassed our expectations but the 2nd reason was the roof top Pool. We wanted to spend time during hot afternoons relaxing by the pool. however on arrival we found out the pool was closed for winter refurbishment. This did spoil our holiday, Management ignored our concerns.

Borderline acceptable if nothing else is available

The rooms are large but very run down in need of significant decorating and repair, i am sure they are clean but they do not look clean, and there is a bit overly pleasant smell in my room, possibly because the windows would not close properly. The hotel did was not great. I woukd not give this 4 stars i do not know how they achieved that, its close to 3 or lesd
