Great stay

Great stay at 115 The Strand Hotel, spacious comfortable clean room, good shower, bonus of balcony. Good breakfast plenty choice. Tea/coffee facilities in room replenished daily, water fountain on each floor convenient for topping up water bottle. Free access to Aqualuna opposite hotel which had a great pool, bar and food. Staff at hotel very friendly and accommodating, check out was at 11am but able to store my luggage at hotel and make use of Aqualuna for the day, hotel provided showering facilities on 8th floor. Overall fantastic stay for solo traveller highly recommend.

Nearly perfect but the choices for breakfast diminished as the week progressed. issues like the broken toaster, limited preserves, ever reducing choice of fruit etc. A shame really as everything else was top notch.

Lovely hotel well located on the seafront. Easy access to the beach club which was absolutely jam packed as it opens to all the public and not just hotel guests. Very noisy on the ground floor but upstairs you could manage to find a quiet spot. My only criticism was you were watched at all time and if you attempted to take a drink of water from your own water bottle the staff would spring immediately and scorn you as you had to buy water from them.

This hotel is in a great location to discover the delights of Sliema & Gzira. The staff are also exceptional and go above and beyond to help make sure your stay is memorable. We stayed in a premium double room with a balcony which was spacious and comfortable. The pool is across the road and this is very busy so we were happy to walk upstairs to use the sun beds rather than try and find a free sun bed next to the pool Breakfast can be hit and miss as it really depends on what time you get there but we both enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel!

Very comfy, clean room. Small issue in that the view out of the window was of a wall/opposite building. Pool over the road very crowded but enjoyable. Executive lounge not great. Good location though and very happy with the stay

Good hotel but small tweaks would make a differenc

The room (superior suite) had everything we needed and the decor of the hotel was really modern but we were let down my by a couple of things. Breakfast, was lacking quality for us and variety on the fruit for example. Small details could have made a big difference there. Also replenishing towels was missed twice, dirty ones were taken but a full set of new was not provided. May be policy not to restock until all are used but this was not clear. In terms of the hotel itself, really great location for trips around Malta, just a short walk from the ferries & bus stops close by, plus no shortage of shops and restaurants.

They put me in a room with no natural light or windows which wasnt great but there was a little kitchenette which was handy Breakfast quite limited although great view from 9th floor The pool is opposite and open to the public for a fee , so its hard to get a sunbed but its big and right on the water Location is excellent, right on the promenade , theres load of shops and restaurants in 5min walk and theres a super cheap supermarket on the side road

We booked a room at 115 but due some construction work that was going on we got a room at the Urban rooms instead. So we can’t really say to much about 115 apart from staff in reception was friendly, toilets OK, very much under staffed in the breakfast restaurant. There were not too many options for the breakfast. Coffee not great. Cups and glasses were out. The room we got at Urban rooms were in general nice, comfortable bed and pillows but a lot of black mold in the bathroom.

Liked the staff and view from executive lounge Our room was ok AC unit extremely noisy no view only windows of other rooms. Breakfast was ok it was included in our room rate would not be worth paying for it. The rooms were spotlessly clean as was the entire hotel. The staff were also excellent.
