Could have, should have been better

Lovely hotel BUT, marred by the fact they chose not to put a decent extractor in the bathroom during the refurbishment, or it wasn't working if there is one and none of the windows open, SO, the room is damp as the moisture from having a shower has nowhere to go. The bed is damp, the duvet is damp and heavy from sucking up the moisture in the air as it can't escape from the room. This means, for me, a very sweaty night in bed, far from comfortable. The rest of the hotel is great. Lovely decor, great staff, location not bad, good view. Overall disappointing, which is a shame as I've good memories of other Four Points elsewhere.

Perfect Hotel

Excellent stay, the hotel is brand new clean modern and the staff are very friendly and professional. The room was very spacious and modern with a great shower and comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious and overall we had a great stay prior to doing the Ha Giang Loop. I would highly recommend this hotel and would like to thank the staff for making our stay extra special.
