Needs improvement!

Clean comfortable room. Noise till 4am With 3 nearby discos. Restaurant food cold rubbish. Break fast good. Cleaning good. Needs more English speakers for international hotel. Check in staff chaotic. Hotel has huge potential!

Brand new hotel (open about ~6 months as of May 2019) in a good location. Hotel, staff, pool, and included breakfast were all excellent and at a reasonable price. I would definitely return.

Konstruktion des Bades nicht sinnvoll. Beim duschen setzt man das halbe Zimmer unter Wasser. Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht selbstständig einstellen, da diese durch das Software der Anlage nicht möglich ist. Wenn man die Temperatur nach unten (kühler) ändern möchte muss man an die Rezeption.. und das täglich, da sie täglich auf 24 Grad zurückgesetzt wird. Das Frühstück kann man sich sparen, es gibt nur asiatische Sachen wie Suppen, Reise, schicken etc. zu Essen. Wir würden das Hotel auch wegen der Lage, 30 Minuten Fußweg bis zum Zentrum, nicht mehr buchen.

服務人員相當親切，尤其是front-end office manager Mrs. Moon。她是一位專業有耐心又充滿笑容的人員。早餐沒有變化是唯一缺點。房間舒適也很大，游泳池乾淨，非常棒的一間飯店！！

Hotel OK

This is a quite new hotel with a good structure but they need improve the staff... In a touristic city like they are located I think all people need speak a good english. The hotel is good, modern but I didn't fell welcomed.. felt like a cold hotel. The staff tried the best but the communication is not good due the language. Anyway it looks that Halong hotels need get more professional in general..
