The hot water pressure was so low that it sputtered a lot. There was barely enough water to take a comfortable shower. The power outlet located at the bottom of the desk was loose and I inadvertently pulled it out of the desk when unplugging my laptop. Very dangerous. Probably one of my worse APA experiences, and I normally love APA. Have stayed, cumulatively, many months at APA. Never at this one again.

The hotel was quite far from the station and the room was quite small and smelly. Although the staff was polite when they are at the front desk, their assistance was bare minimum. I have stayed at a few other APA hotels, and they have been so positive and pleasant, so this stay at Hachioji was a disappointment.
