Rooms and property were nice. Very clean. Friendly staff. There was basically no hygiene products provided. The shower soaps and make up remover wipes were all. Nothing at the sink to wash hands with, no shower cap, etc. The breakfast offered the next day was much less than satisfactory. We got waters but understand they don’t come with the room standard. For close to $200 on a weeknight, they should be offering more necessities with the room.

A nice stay

Our room was nice. I liked the bathroom. The laundry facilities are great and they provide detergent at the desk. Their breakfast area is very nice. The only thing that I didn’t like is where it’s located in regards to making it easy to go back into Hagerstown.

The Staff Set the Tone for a Great Stay

This hotel appears to be fairly new and as of July 2025 is sparkly in its cleanliness and appearance. The most outstanding part of this short stay, however, was the staff, which down to a member, was cheerful, professional, helpful, and accommodating. Upon our request, they even directed us to a great dive bar in the area! Management, whatever you need to do - keep these people! I would gladly stay here again
