Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The good: location and view. Right on the beach. The ugly: the pictures I saw when booking are not at all what we got. The bathroom was full of mold (we complained and no one came back to clean), mattress and bedding with stains of urine!! (we complained and we were told we are overreacting and this is “normal”; they did bring new bedding but also not really clean so we got our own). We wanted to leave and get a refund but they did not agree to they, and only offered to change a room (same dirty old thing). The building is undergoing some construction inside (very hot in the lobby and in elevators). Overall very run down. Too bad for such a beautiful location. I have taken multiple pictures and happy to share
