This lovely home is located on an oversized lot directly on the 9th fairway of the award winning Southern Dunes Golf course. This community is immaculately kept in a secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate. Only 25 minutes to Disney World's front gate and 20 minutes to Legoland. You will not be disappointed. This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is a spacious study with a couch that pulls out to a queen bed and a flat screen TV. Clean, comfortable and all the comforts of home. Well equipped kitchen with an adjacent laundry room. Master bedroom has a queen size bed with great views of the golf course. The adjacent master bathroom has double sinks, garden soaking tub and a large walk in shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed with golf course views. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed. Flatscreen TVs are in all bedrooms, study and main living room. The main bathroom has double sinks, shower/tub combination and direct access to the lanai and pool. Lanai with private pool gives you the opportunity to watch the afternoon golfers challenge the Par 5 9th hole. You can also walk to the clubhouse for a meal, or enjoy Manny's Chophouse just 5 minutes away. Also a Walmart Super Center and Winn Dixie located right outside the gates. Great stay

We had a wonderful time and Chris was very helpful with the the couple of questions we had. The house was very clean and the beds and furniture was very comfortable. The pool was great and in a very quiet neighborhood. We highly recommend staying there and would stay again.

What a delight!

We were so pleased from start to finish. The home was great and equipped for all of our needs. Perfect location for a morning or evening stroll. The pool was already heated when we arrived and Kris was there to meet and welcome us even offering to help with our luggage. Both Nancy and Kris were quick to respond to all of our questions. Our stay was fun and relaxing and the view of the 9th fairway and green gave this home the perfect setting for us. Very grateful to Nancy and Kris for helping to make this a great winter getaway.
