Great location. Beautifully clean inside. Well equipped kitchen. Double bed very comfortable, but creaks a lot especially when getting in and out of it - not great for light sleepers. Outside space needs to be tidied up and weeded - lets the place down badly. Small maintenance jobs, like renewing the plug in the bathroom, ensuring the pedal bin works properly have been outstanding for a long time when looking through the maintainance log.

Suffolk break

Nice, clean, well equipped flat in a good location to explore the surrounding areas as well as Southwold. As previous reviews had mentioned, the outside space could do with attention and the property backs onto the road. As building works are taking place nearby, large vehicles could be heard from the bedroom.
