There was an issue with the water, from all taps it smelled/tasted like fish tank water. Im not sure if ot was a known issue or if something may have rotted in the pipes. It was unfortunate. Otherwise the bed and bedding was comfortable. Products from Crabtree and Evelyn wonderful.

Parking wasn't on site so had to pay for valet parking as my husband is disabled. Then the elevator went down and left him stuck in the very cold lobby for 2 hours and The hot tub wasnt working. Room was pretty and staff friendly but the stay was not what we paid for

The hotel suite was perfect for our extended stay. It was close to many bars and restaurants so we didn’t need a car

Hotel was beautiful and so was the room. Staff were lovely and the warm cookie upon arrival was a great touch! However, the room was so hot, even with the heat off, that my partner and I had to sleep in separate beds. There was no way to cool the room down which made for a very uncomfortable sleep

Clean room. Excellent location. Staff friendly and approachable. Rooms need some routine maintenance, wifi only fair and parking is horrible. Despite that we would definitely stay again if in the area.

We had a studio king suite and it was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The hotel restaurant was very nice and had an incredible selection for breakfast which was included with our room. The hotel is conveniently located and within walking distance of all the sites. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Halifax.
