Great Choice in Hamburg

Overall a solid experience. The accommodations were good for the price point. Had problems with the A/C the room was a bit warm at night. Bed was acceptable and we had plenty of room to move around. Breakfast had good choices and was overall a great experience. The location was great and we were able to get around without any issues. Highly recommend

Nice hotel but in room facilities are very mean - especially for a luxury room - no bottle of water, no snacks and only half the coffee pods ever replaced - very miserly. As I arrived very late it would have been nice to have had some food and drink options in the room - complimentary or not, something would be nice

The hotel is very nice, good location easy access to Metro. I rarely complain in this occasion, need to tell, the staff not to the standard of a 4star hotel which charges €200 a night First on check out see people paying when at 21.45 on checking in I am ask to pay Restaurant you can stay waiting for minutes and getting ignored, not enough staff, and you can be met with some rudeness. I would advise to buy water prior getting to the hotel they charge €8 for a bottle and no bottles in room so no choice Any way your choice
