Room had a weird smell and also saw some long tailed silverfish in the room. Also - booked a twin room and it was two maddresses pushed together so not really a twin room. There were some strange people hanging out around the gym. Breakfast was super though as well as the food in the restaurant and the service from the front desk.

Nice place but…

The check-in was quite slow. The room was ok but the toilet where clearly not fixed properly - a hole under the sink. It looked like poor renovation. The breakfast was ok but felt a bit massproduced.

We had booker space for 5 people in 2 roms but there were only beds for 4 people. Additional bed would cost 50 eur/night. This was not communicated when we booked the hotel

Service was excellent - unfortunately not a very EV-friendly hotel. Some chargers didnt work, and i was never able to charge my car, because the slots were taken by diesel & gasoline cars. Friday night we had issues with the wifi and was not able to get the issue resolved. Still a very enjoyable stay overall

We parked in a wrong place in the parking garage, and was told it didn´t matter. But at exit we had to pay twice. Kindly information from staff at checkout and we got a solution.

Lack of service

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, but they advertise electric car charging spots that were all occupied by petrol cars that weren’t charging. The receptionist was not very service-minded or helpful, which resulted in more than an hour of additional travel time to get home.
