It was really inconvenient to get there from the S1 train. I booked this cos it say it’s 30 min from the airport. On the day we arrived we had such a hard time getting from the train to the street with our luggage. It’s like 3 stores high with no elevator or escalators. We ended up taking a cab to the airport on the day we fly home cos it was just too much trouble getting from the hotel to S1 and get up on those stairs. Then the hotel is another thing. I booked two rooms together but they put us in two different floors. Two of the people traveling is seniors with limited mobility. This caused us a lot of inconvenience. Then on the first night I see there were no tissue in the box , I asked at the reception 3 times but till the day I checked out which is 4 days later, I still did not receive any tissue. The rooms were not freshen up until the 3rd day. Which is just ridiculous. We had to pull our own trash and asked at the reception for someone to come to take it . There is not place for me to up load pictures here. Otherwise I can upload the pictures I took.
