Location was ideal. Unit very clean and tidy and warm. TV remote was a puzzle for me, had to ask for Free to View tv on screen. A little more variety of tea sachets would be helpful. Enjoyed my stay.

We were disappointed there were no electric blankets on the bed since they use cotton summer sheets. Luckily I brought a fluffy blanket so put that between the sheets. The room was freezing when we arrived and the heat pump was not that great.

For the price it’s awesome. Off street so not quite as noisy as middle of town. Ample parking. Ev chargers. Good beds. Crappy shower though and a very noisy cat.

They had a list of people who had to pay a $100 deposit but not all just a certain few I know of myself and another maori woman who had to wait for a room inspection before our money was returned however another white gentleman walked in to hand in their key and no deposit nothing felt a bit racist to me

Even with its discounts, stay somewhere else

Probably one of the worst places we’ve ever stayed. Sheets weren’t clean, restroom was gross and there were bugs under the sink. This was not a restful stay at all and it’s quite embarrassing for Hamilton. If you’re single and don’t mind the grit, go for it! Just pay the parking fee and stay at the Ramada
