There’s much better places to stay

Curtains didn’t cover the window so it was so bright at night that I didn’t need lights. There’s no “do not disturb” that you can put on the door so they go through your room daily whether you like it or not. Awful. I asked to be switched to a room with a better curtain using the phone number they used to get ahold of me and was ignored. I am disabled so it was wonderful to watch them watch me struggle with bags.

Nice place to stay. Good size room and bathroom. Outside lights did light the room up too much during the night. Which made it hard to sleepy..

Very clean, great parking and great customer service. Bed was comfortable. Shower pressure and temperature really good. Fridge big enough to fit a large bottle of soft drink. Good value for money.

Open shower concept in bathroom area. Floor doesn’t slope enough for water to drain so the bathroom floor was flooded with water. Didn’t dry overnight. We had to use towels provided to step on.

My unit was spotlessly clean, had everything i needed for my stay. Very comfy bed with a good amount of blankets to be warm and cosy. Heatpump in case you get cold but the unit was very warm. Motel is in a quiet location with minimal noise, the odd car going up the road but it was Friday night when i stayed. Good shower with good pressure. Location is perfect to easily get to Waikato public hospital or the private hospitals, or hamilton central shopping. This is very good value for $ and i would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

The unit was spotless, spacious and adequate to make breakfast. The air con was not cold enough, the sheets were noisy and the tv did not work. The owners were a bit short and couldn't resolve the tv issue or offer us another room.

overnight stop

just had a quick overnight stop and didn't arrive til late but was OK except TV didn't work. Was clean and tidy in good location for us.

The property was clean but decor somewhat tired. Not sufficient crockery in some cases but could be sorted with reception. We arrived after 2.30 pm but towels had not been left in the unit and we had to ask for a shower curtain. TV. - while. We had access to Netflix and that type of programme but there was no direct live TV coverage which meant hours/days old news, no up to date news. TV was accessed through YouTube. There were no regular channels to watch.

Great location easy walk to shops and bars & parking on site. The room was very spacious. Unfortunatly the room was also very noisy you could hear people outside clearly. The bed was too firm. The shower door was hard to open and the water in the shower kept going hot & cold.
