Not once did I receive any notification that I wouldn't be able to park my car there - apparently there are restrictions in height that aren't published. So, upon direction of the staff, had to park in an unlit, dangerous municipal parking lot near the hotel. NO compensation was offered for this inconvenience - after traveling 1250 kms to this location, arriving a nearly 11 PM you think someone would have stepped up with something better than - sorry, this is your only option, here's the manager's business card... poor customer service. Sadly the poor service continued in the next two days - not once did the staff at the front desk say good morning or look up from their phones to say a simple "good morning" - very rude. I received obvious canned text messages to say hello, but nothing personalised - again a good morning would have been very much appreciated and gone a long way to rectify the issues we encountered.
