The Colgate Boathouse is the property next door — private walking path, shared shoreline, self-serve kayaks, paddleboards, and life vests. No driving, no walk on Frank Road. Hot tub on the deck — the only one in our portfolio, and the reason this cottage holds full demand year-round. Sleeps 6. Welcome wine. Five minutes to Colgate.
