We had a wonderful stay at the Lorne Apartments (extended our stay). We had a son in the hospital and it was so convenient as less than a 5 min walk there. Room was well equipped and everything looked new and clean. Staff were friendly. Internal walls are a little thin re noise and can be noisy when helicopters fly into the hospital but didn’t wake us or stop us sleeping. V bad smell out front from sewerage system in neighbouring park but no smell in our unit. Would recommend staying here if visiting hospital.

Was curious, about the fittings on the ceilings and wondered if they were cameras in all rooms. They are not fire alarms, as they are smaller. If they are cameras are they legal

Apartment G is on the ground floor, with windows facing the street. There are 2 huge street lights keeping the rooms well lit and the traffic noise horrific all night. Wouldn't stay in that one again. The apartment was nice, but I booked it for somewhere to rest after a day at the hospital. Didn't happen. Never again
