There was no hot water which they could have let us know at check in. couldnt get into building without front desk staff who werent there all the time. Not a very safe neighbour hood couldnt leave at night to walk around.

Do not stay here. The hot water was broken for Three full days. We spoke to staff about it several times, only to be met with lies and gaslighting about the information they had previously given (the guy literally told us that we hadn’t been down to complain before,?? Do you think we are stupid?) Everything is stained and disgusting. The front door is completely unsafe. You need to be buzzed in by someone behind the front desk. There is almost never anyone there, which means that you are locked out. We were forced to pick the lock with the damn room key just to enter the front door several times. Which means the door is completely unsafe as a security measure to begin with. Also, they have been entirely unreasonable and unresponsive in our case to obtain a refund. It is absolutely ridiculous to operate a “Hotel” where you can’t shower, the staff are beyond rude, and I WAS THE DOORMAN for thirty minutes yesterday morning while I was waiting for ANYONE to return to the desk so we could request a roll of toilet paper (We were provided only one roll, and no housekeeping.). I literally had to let four hotel guests into the building or they would have been locked out of the front door for the full thirty minutes. I’m actually begging you not to stay here. Please. For your own good.

Dear Hotel Manager, I wanted to reach out to express my disappointment with my recent stay. I’ve stayed with you before and had no issues, which is why I was surprised by the condition of the room this time. After working a 15-hour shift at the Festival of Friends, I was simply looking forward to a hot shower and some rest. Unfortunately, the room had no towels and there was no hot water. Additionally, I discovered a broken mirror under the desk with shards of glass on the floor, one of which I accidentally stepped on while barefoot. The TV also never worked during my stay. I reported these issues to both the night and morning staff, who were both kind and apologetic and mentioned a discount. Could you please confirm whether any adjustment was made to my credit card. Thank you for your attention to these matters. I look forward to hearing from you.

No hot water in the whole building all weekend drains clogged with hair no toilet paper or towels in the room wall paper ripping with black mold behind it water damage lights broken or not working very dirty would talk to the worker to let them know at the desk and all they would say is I’m not the manager very horrible stay would never stay again

The pictures online are far from what the rooms actually look like. Sheets were stained, the room was not clean, and the walls dirty, seems like javex was sprayed prior to check in to make it smell cleaner. This booking was for 2 nights and only stayed one, would not advise anyone to use their service.

There was no hot water. I checked in at 5pm and was never informed of the issue. At 9pm i went to take my shower and had to find out the inconvenient way. The washroom is gross theres toothpaste all over the mirror and wall.

The room was extremely dirty, bedding had stains and cigarette burns in them, bathroom shower head had a Caramilk wrapper around the hose, I am guessing because of a leak, old hair from previous people on shower floor and dirty, both towels were stained, no hand towel or face cloth, dirt on floor from not being swept, half used rolls of toilet paper, no fresh wrapped ones, only one out of four lights worked in bathroom, fan did not work, no hot water for the shower, had to have cold shower, Lysol bottle left in room , but would say was not used for cleaning this room, ice macine did not work, old container left on floor, I would not recommend this establishment or ever stay here again

The attendant spent the entire time on the phone, kept my license for the duration of my stay, had unexpected fees at check in, said they would accept cash but didnt have change, hotel manager came to my room at 11:30pm to give me change, when i got my change it wasnt exact and they kept the difference, the ac unit had a drip, disgusting room, moldy bathroom, broken shower and to top ot off there were people running through the halls all night

from the unprofessional receptionist, building is very dirty and smelly. Tables are stained , with scary bed bugs side beds are molded.
