My review for this property is not good and has been shared with the property managers. To be fair, it is a combination of hotel guests, venue guests and working out some kinks in the operation of the venue.
Hotel staff accommodated the best they could.
I love the warehouse feel and decor. Room was spacious and free access to the sports facility was definitely a bonus. My only complaints are the bar and dining areas were never open, the lighting is dim (especially in the bathroom sink area) and there was a smoke detector with a light in the bedroom that flashed a super bright light every 10 seconds. I could not sleep with it flashing, had to wear a sleep mask of my wife’s. This should be rectified. Other than that it was a good stay.
Hotel was geared towards those attending events at the sports facility across the street. It would be ideal for those people. Otherwise, the parking is down the street, the hallways are loud due to the concrete floors, and if you stay on the first floor your window is right next to either the sidewalk or a walking path so you can’t have your curtains open and the room is very dark.

There isn’t anything wrong with the hotel and it’s convenient if you have a function at the convention center like we did, but I wouldn’t stay again. While I do appreciate the reimagining of the old Factory, I feel that the rooms could have been more personal and better lit. The lack of decor and really bad lighting made my friend and I feel like we were sleeping in, well, a warehouse. The floor of our room had paint on the concrete, the rug was too short for the room, and there wasn’t even a coffee maker in the room. For over 200$ a night with discounts included, I’d rather go to a more comfortable hotel with a warm floor and good lighting.
The staff was wonderful though and we had a very comfortable bed.
It was a cool place, room was very avant garde - loved the loft warehouse style. I don't know how long it's been open, it needs a little more. More light in the room for nighttime, a coffee maker, more lighting and signage outside. We arrived at night. I would stay again - it was a 9 for my first time! People were very nice.
We were out there for a gymnastics meet. This place was convenient to the event and loved the fitness center However, i suggest to improve breakfast options. It was in the 30's and we had to walk 1/2 mile to a coffee shop for breakfast.
Extremely overpriced for room amenities (not) provided. No coffee maker or microwave in the room. The only redeeming quality was the across the road convenience to convention center. Parking down the road, shady “revitalized” area surrounding the hotel & convention center; felt unsafe to walk at night. Hotel shops & food never open. Keurig in lobby fir am coffee always out. Would not recommend.
This was a fabulous hotel stay for a tournament at Spooky Nook. It's extremely convenient and that's always much needed during a busy tournament weekend. We'll be booking there again next year!
We had a wonderful stay at The Warehouse Hotel at Champion Mill this weekend! The aesthetics of the hotel were lovely. The front desk staff were really friendly, Rosa checked me in. (I hope that’s her name). I loved the high ceilings in the room. The room was very spacious, with comfy beds and plenty of pillows. The room was very clean. The only downside is that I could hear the television from my neighbors who seemingly had the TV turned all the way up after 11 p.m.
Great location by the sports complex, but no food options in the am unless you go to the over priced sports complex food court and then, selection limited. Parking was a joke as they do not enforce hotel guest lot so we parked across the river. Shuttled once but most of the time the shuttle wasn't there and waiting the cold not an option. Walking with luggage, etc is not fun. Also, rooms were available before check in but you have to $50 to get in before 3pm. That should be stated on the website (that fee is automatic before 3pm). Unique that it is an old warehouse but not worth the money as nothing extra provided. Now I know why most of our team chose to stay elsewhere and drive in for the games.
