Stayed there for 2nights and we had the best view! Staff are helpful and friendly. The room is clean. We even enjoyed the breakfast. Unfortunately we don't have time to see the swimming pool. Overall, it’s 9/10 for me.

Staff were friendly, hotel lobby was clean and breakfast was good. The rooms were disappointing - stains on carpet, walls had stains too and the water wouldn't drain in the tub after a shower. We had a huge spider on our ceiling in our room at night (no exaggeration) and front desk was polite enough to change our room after coming to check it out since there was no housekeeping to help at that hour. We really appreciated that.

The staff was friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Can't comment on the pillows, as I brought my own. Being so close to the lake was a bonus. The breakfast, which was included, was very good. I would definitely recommend the Waterfront Hotel in Burlington to my friends and family.
