When I arrived, the gentleman at the front desk didnt provide much information(Upon checkout I realized there was a little sheet in the room key envelope with a QR code that had info about the hotel). Despite that the room was clean and comfortable. The gym is small with some free weights missing but you can still get a small workout in. The pool was great with a view out onto the beach and lake. The breakfast buffet was standard and did the job. Coffee was quite good. Overall my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. You're right in the center of downtown Burlington. My two suggestions for the rooms would be blinds and waterbottles.

The blinds in the room were well beyond repair and would need to be replaced. The same for the office chair in the room. Otherwise, the room and hotel in general was fine. Note that the parking is not included. The parking costs 22$/night.
