The room was nasty, we had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean the room. The bathroom sink was so dirty that the disinfectant wipe came out almoust black with hair all over it. The non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes and Marijuana. After seeing the room i refused to go eat breakfast, during check out the gentlemen could not give me a receipt and he was in charge of the hotal at that time walking around barefoot and having in nasty feet on the lobby furniture, hope he didn't help prepare breakfast after playing with his feet. Do not recommend staying at this hotel, nasty, unkempt, smells, unprofessional and not caring.

No where online do the pictures show the doors open from the outside. The hotel is a complete dump. So gross. I had to kill a bug before my kids got in the shower. Yuck.

Most of the lights in our room didn’t work, and the room was very overpriced for its condition. There weren’t enough outlets for my husband to use his CPAP machine and still charge our phones at night. We only encountered the staff at check-in on Friday - the desk agent was fine, a little terse, but it was a Friday night on Mardi Gras/Valentine’s Weekend. There was either a fight or a party going on in the rooms around and outside our room on Saturday night - a ton of noise, yelling, running, and what sounded like banging on doors, which made it hard to sleep.

We did not stay. The first room smelled of mold and mildew and there was black mold growing around the tub. The moved us to another room and it was worse with the mold smell and the AC made a crazy noise. This hotel needs a major refurbishment. Staff was very understanding and said they would refund my money. I would not recommend this hotel.

I don’t usually write reviews but this was beyond awful. Pictures are grossly misleading, I should have read reviews. Filthy rooms. My kids feet were black from walking barefoot on the laminate floors in our room in less than 30 minutes. Visible mold in the bathrooms. Nasty microwave that hadn’t been cleaned in months so black mold all throughout the inside. “Hot breakfast” was an absolute joke. I wouldn’t go back if you paid me.
