Property is very close to port and we were able to walk to shops and a great little pub “The Titanic”. Cozy and inviting. The hotel has a bar and steak house breakfast was great in the morning Transfer to port was easy to get. Rooms were comfy and very quiet

A wonderfull hotel for my birthday stay. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. The spa space was very nice with the jacuzzi being my favourite bit. Pool was a little bit on the chilly side but still swimmable. Also a massive shout out to the bar tender Deago who was a legend putting up with us for my birthday everning making the most wonderful cocktails and even giving us a free shot at the end. Overall a wonderfull hotel will be staying again.

This is a perfect location if you are going on a cruise our of Southampton. The staff are great. I appreciated their welcome gift, as I was celebrating my birthday. Check in took a second and we were in our room minutes after arriving in Southampton. This is just a few minutes away from the cruise terminal, the train station and the bus station. I will definitely stay here again! THANK YOU!

2nd stay here before getting on cruise ship in Southampton. Enjoyed my stay - lovely breakfast, good restaurants. Comfortable accommodations, great location and reasonably-priced. Would stay there again for sure.

Above and Beyond

When I checked in, Marta took the time to find me a quiet room and was even able to get me a balcony. Her extra effort was just one example of staff always looking out to make my trip special. Wish I could have stayed longer!
