Welcome to Barnacle Bay. Your home away from home. We are located in the heart of Hampton Beach, right in the middle of the boardwalk. Walk to the beach and all the entertainment, restaurants right from your front door. Barnacle Bay is a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment. Barnacle Bay is part of a 3 unit building so if you have a larger group you can also rent out the entire building for those special events. We provide all of your basic essentials including beach gear - beach towel, beach chairs, umbrella and beach wagon included. Spend the day at the beautiful beach and come home and relax in your cozy home away from home.
This property is located on Auburn Ave Ext in Hampton, NH. We are not sure why VRBO shows it near Haverhill Ave.
Things to note before booking:
We one parking spot for this unit, which is on the street just before it. You are able to pull up to the unit and t off all your belongings without an issue. Please feel free to reach out if you have any additional questions about parking and we can provide the details.
The bathrooms are on the smaller side in this unit, but you should be able to get an idea in the photos.
The home is newly renovated but the floors in some spots are uneven. Please keep this in mind.
Please treat our home like it's your own. Cleanliness: Guests should not leave the apartment in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning ( dirty dishes, soiled floors.) Cleaning fees set by the host are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations. Trash: Trash pickup is Monday and Friday. Please make sure your trash is in your designated blue bin out front. All recyclables go in the green bins out back. Please move the bins out near the road on the morning of or night before trash pickup days. Guests should put their trash in designated trash receptacles and be mindful of excessive amounts of trash. Damage: Where guests cause damage that is beyond normal wear and tear, we expect guests to inform the host of the damage as soon as possible and work with the host to find a reasonable solution. Guests are expected to pay a reasonable request for reimbursement if they’re responsible for damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs. Approved Guests: Guests should respect the approved number of guests and should ask their host if they’re unsure about the rules for visitors. Disruptive gatherings are always prohibited. NO PARTIES! Please lock the doors when not home and when you leave after your stay.
