Property and the apartment was really nice! Gym was great for an apartment complex! Our first room's a/c didn't work and we had to switch rooms after a few hours (it happens). Unfortunately, there was miscommunication between VRBO and the actual property leaser (H4N) which caused us to get over charged. They refunded most of it and were very professional and responsiveness, it was just very stressful to have to deal with that. Lastly, they only issued us one apartment key for 2 adults which was very challenging (they were waiting for an email from H4N, but H4N said they sent it, not sure what actually happened).
