By looking at the hotel in the room that we were in, they have tried fixing over issues. White washing does not fix the problem. The grout on the bathroom floor was all broken up in pieces and was getting everywhere. They put a new shell over top of the old bathtub and it creeped so bad you thought you were going to fall through. They could have done much better job at vacuuming and cleaning. The curtains were even falling down. I understand that the kitchen was closed, but a very poor breakfast showing for a Radisson hotel. Bagels, instant oatmeal, and yogurt.

There was no hot tub and the breakfast was expured yogurt, bagels, instint oatmeal packages, and gas station muffins. The pull out sofa had no bedding and they had none to offer or extra pillows for the pullout. The bathroom grout was very nasty and unprofessionally done and there was limited hot water.

Bed was worn out. The room was spacious. The shower squeaked like hell every time you moved. I’m sure the people below me were livid. The hotel in general is noisy. You can hear everything through the walls, ceilings etc. The rooms appear to be old. Definitely needs some attention.

Was surprised that they offered a very limited breakfast selection. Only packaged muffins, bagels fruit, yogurt and instant oatmeal. Besides that, the stay was very comfortable and staff was very friendly and helpful.

There was no hot water in our room, the breakfast consisted of watered down coffee, old apples, and hard bagels you could not cut into. We asked for more towels as we did not even have enough for two people in our room and were informed that they were struggling to keep up with the amount of people staying in the hotel. This was a graduation weekend for Iowa State, perhaps they know we likely will not be coming to stay again in the future and do not care if we like our stay in their hotel.

Disappointing!

Big dogs barked in a room across the hall till late at night. I’ m All for pet friendly but put all those rooms together on one floor. Room was dirty. Fan squealed in the bathroom. Mini fridge in room did not work. Rooms needed updates. Ice machine did not work on our floor. Cold breakfast option, but coffee was good.

This property was a bit dated which is fine as long as it’s clean. I cannot say that our room met any cleanliness standards, from the toilet having spots on it to the flat surfaces like the desk having very visible grime and smudges on it. This made me question what else was not clean and made for a not so relaxing stay.
