Check in was fast and easy. I was also able to check in early. The room was a nice size and clean. We received one used roll of toilet tissue. When trying to get more…it took 2 hours. The hotel was updated a few years ago which is nice but they didn’t do a good job. Paint on wall paper. It looked rushed and messy. The fixtures are new but the room I was assigned did not have an update shower/tub so the rainfall shower head was causing the tub to fill up since the drain could not keep up with the water output. Very annoying. Parking sucks!!! It’s $20 or $33 for valet. I did neither. I parked overnight in the parking lot near by for $13. Very inconvenient but it’s downtown so I get it I guess. Only a few spots out front and 10 minutes to bring your luggage inside. Check out was quick and easy but the lady seemed too involved in her conversation to provide decent customer service. Seemed rush. I didn’t get a thank you for choosing Marriott or have a nice day. Don’t know if I’d stay again. It’s a maybe for me.

One of the valet drivers were extremely rude. Our room was not cleaned we had to request towels. I was not briefed on anything at the hotel (check in, check out, etc).

We stayed here for one night to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary!! It was perfect - very clean, great service and they upgraded our room when we told them it was for our one year wedding anniversary. Fantastic location we really couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The only downside that we had was the breakfast didn’t stay open until 10 like it was supposed to. They stopped serving folks 30 minutes before and the buffet style breakfast in the lounge had no hot food left (they were picking up all the containers and there was cereal/granola bars left - not even hot coffee was out 30 minutes before close!). We ended up going to the breakfast spot across the street and that was delicious though. Overall 5/5 stars because of the treatment we got from the front desk/cleanliness of everything/location.
